.Net Developer

As a .Net Developer you will be part of an agile team working on project/s for client/s of Proechoes Technology. The role requires expertise across gathering project requirements, design, documentation, coding, testing and co-ordination.   • Generating code using .NET languages (C#, .Net Core, VB .NET)
  • Updating, configuring, and debugging existing systems

  • Develop and implement the innovative Robotic Process Automation(RPA) systems which includes BOTs, development tools to streamline a wide variety of back-office processes.

Business Development Executive Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible in technology sales lead ; lead qualification, building pipeline for an industry-leading organization. In partnership with the sales team, you will be at the forefront of our performance achievement of goals together with your accountability for lead qualification achievement. Focusing on marketing leads campaigns, you will have the opportunity to pro-actively promote technology products and solutions to end users in an assigned geographic territory and customer segment in APAC. You will understand, validate & qualify customer requirement and promote products, and solutions to meet the customer needs. You will qualify needs solution from a technical and business perspective, and manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting, discover & qualify marketing leads & commercial accounts to opportunity.   • Be a trusted advisor to promote company's products among customers and contacts targeted by each campaign, in the assigned geographic territory and/or customer segment, and drive inbound/outbound activities through sales collaboration tools and social media Contribute to company's business development supporting Global Marketing campaigns, Keep former customers following their projects and attract new customers identifying their need.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries coming from different sources i.e., online forms (get a demo, get a quote, contact us), events attendees: offline and online (Webinars), free trials document downloads (whitepaper, video), live inbound chats and live inbound calls.
  • Qualify outbound inquiries coming from different sources i.e., answer inbound calls coming from social media post and outbound campaigns: qualify specific lists of marketing campaigns (Industry segments, promotion campaigns, re-heat, dormant lead, cold account, webinar recruitment), schedule sales meetings/phone calls with contacts after a marketing campaign via a manual process with excel files, deep accounts profiling/contact acquisition.
  • Own sales stage 1 to 3 from prospect, discover, qualify and convert marketing leads from market penetration campaigns within SLA and, acquire and develop enterprise & commercial non-named accounts
  • Execute strategy, drive to achieve quota objectives and activity metrics within territory assigned, and significant input to the execution success.
  • Good understanding on IT Software Product & Services Portfolio
  • Good understanding of sales & customer buying cycle and BANT.
  • Ability to communicate technology and value propositions
  • Proven record of accomplishment within an inside sales team in the B2B technical market (i.e. enterprise or SMB market) and can show significant increases in sales growth due to personal efforts.
  • Proven ability in the implementation and follow up of marketing activities
  • Minimum academic qualification: Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum 2-5 years inside sales management experience in technology sector i.e. IT software and hardware
